Planning + PreDesign

In this initial phase, we will work together to define your project goals, analyze your site and microclimate, and develop a preliminary design concept.

Schematic Design

Next, we will refine your design, exploring and refining the architectural elements that will shape your space, including spatial relationships, proportions, materials, and more.

Construction Documents

In this phase, we will transform your design into detailed, buildable instructions, ensuring that your construction process is smooth and efficient.

Permit Processing

We will guide your project through the jurisdictional review process, obtaining necessary permits and approvals to ensure a seamless construction process.

Bidding + Construction

As your agent, we will evaluate bid proposals, negotiate contracts, and act as your representative during construction, ensuring that your project stays on track and within budget.

Visualizations

Throughout the design and construction process, we will provide visualizations of your project, from hand-drawn sketches to photo-realistic 3D renderings and sun studies.

Passive Solar Design

One of the ways we incorporate sustainability into our designs is through passive solar design, which harnesses the power of the sun to heat and cool buildings naturally. We can incorporate this technology into our designs to create more energy-efficient, cost-effective spaces.
