Reliable Construction

Reliable Construction is a full-service construction company that has been serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina since 2001. Founded by Greg Burlos, the company has been designing and building custom homes, additions, and renovations for residential clients, as well as providing new construction and upfits for commercial clients. Reliable Construction is fully licensed and insured, and all of its work is backed by a 2-year warranty.

Meet the Team

*Greg Burlos, Owner/President:* Greg was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. He gained extensive work experience in heating/AC, electrical, and plumbing growing up. After graduating from UNC - Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration, he moved to Mt. Pleasant, SC. He worked as a distributor rep for over a decade before starting Reliable Construction in 2001. Greg specializes in designing and building custom homes, additions, and renovations, and he also holds a GC commercial license for Reliable Construction's commercial construction. Greg is married, has four boys, and is a member of East Cooper Baptist Church. He enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, fishing, playing guitar, singing, and enjoying life in the low country.

*Chris Mccaa, Project Manager:* Chris was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. During his high school and college years, he worked as a residential painter. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Chris worked in residential construction for several years in Atlanta, gaining valuable experience. Chris joined Reliable Construction in 2019 as a project manager, where he oversees residential and commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*Jason Blackstock, Project Manager:* Jason was born and raised in Aynor, South Carolina. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a laborer and working his way up to project management. Jason joined Reliable Construction in 2021 as a project manager, where he oversees residential and commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
