Our journey began when Tom Jacobs started the company with a simple goal: to create spaces that bring joy to our clients. Our first major project was the remodeling of the facade of the former Big Bear Shopping Center in Hilliard, Ohio. Since then, we have flourished, building a reputation for delivering exceptional results and earning the trust of our clients.

From Cramped to Spacious
The construction team worked wonders on the kitchen, turning a cramped, awkwardly shaped space into a huge area with a second oven, maximizing every bit of floor space. They also created a first-floor half bath and connected the kitchen to the living room, achieving a wonderful flow of space on the entire first floor.
Attention to Detail
One of the most impressive aspects of the remodel was the team's attention to detail. They carefully crafted each aspect of the project, including creating exact-match moldings for the doors, windows, and baseboards to match the existing 1922 trims in the rest of the house. The team also built custom-built "window-seat" type beds with large drawers in one of the bedrooms upstairs, leaving the reviewer in awe.
