Our Story

Founded by Perry Rabke and Wayne Gondeck, two renowned architects with a passion for their work, our firm has developed a strong background in criminal justice architecture. Since 1986, we have worked together to develop a reputation for commitment and professionalism. With a strong foundation in architectural practices established by Ed Gondeck in 1962, our firm formally organized the new partnership in 1994. We have successfully completed over 100 criminal justice projects, many of which have been for repeat clients, demonstrating the quality and character of our work.
