Our Team

Our team is led by partners Chiao H. Clerkin and Sean Clerkin, who bring their expertise in design, technical knowledge, and creative problem-solving skills to each project. With a diverse range of project experience, our team is well-equipped to handle projects of varying complexities and scales.

Awards and Recognition

We are proud to have received several awards and recognitions for our work, including the AIA Pasadena & Foothill Chapter Merit Award and the C.A.S.H./AIACC Awards of Merit.

California State University Northridge Eucalyptus Hall

Our team worked closely with the university and the departments of Physics and Chemistry to integrate new curricula within the existing 1959 building. The project involved upgrading the program with new general laboratories, research laboratories, classrooms, offices, and roofing replacement.

San Jose State University Spartan Complex Seismic Upgrade

We renovated the 4 disparate buildings that make up the Spartan Complex, incorporating seismic upgrades, ADA improvements, and programmatic changes. The project received the AIA Pasadena & Foothill Chapter Merit Award.

California State University San Bernardino Coyote Drive Information Booth

Our design for the information booth on the road connecting several parking lots and access to the Coussoulis Arena received the 2002 Pasadena/Foothill AIA Award of Merit.

Pomona Unified School District Technology Production Center

We designed the technology production center for Pomona Unified School District, incorporating state-of-the-art technology and flexible classroom spaces.
