Our company was founded by Shaun Merrell, Sr. in 1985 as SM Construction, a sub-contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. As the company grew, Merrell saw an opportunity to expand into residential remodeling and in 1994, he founded Unlimited Services Available, providing skilled manpower to contractors in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. areas.
