At Sirois Tool, we are a traditional Tool and Gage Room with skilled Tool and Gage makers, and Apprentices. Our history dates back to 1960 when Robert Sirois started the company, specializing in cutting tools for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and other companies. Over the years, we have evolved to become a strong, diversified, manufacturer of precision tooling, gages, and parts for many industries. Our company has grown organically and through the acquisitions of Dow Gage in 2005 and North American Spring Tool in 2012. We strive to be a preferred vendor to all of our customers, a fair and generous employer, and a good neighbor to our community.

Milling

Our Highly Skilled CNC Milling Team specializes in Precision Parts. We use the latest technology to ensure that every part meets the highest standards of quality.

Turning

Our variety of turning centers enables us to create complex and precision round parts. We offer a range of turning services, from simple to complex parts, to meet the specific needs of our customers.

EDM

Our highly skilled toolmakers are experienced in working with all of the EDM Equipment used at our facility. We offer a range of EDM services, from small parts to large assemblies, to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Grinding

Sirois offers a wide range of surface grinding capabilities, which are used to produce close tolerance parts with a ground finish on many materials.

Inspection

Ensuring that every tool, fixture, gage, precision part or assembly goes to our customer, made to their drawings and specifications. We have a team of experienced inspectors who work closely with our customers to ensure that every part meets the highest standards of quality.

Support Equipment

We have a wide range of support equipment on hand, from laser marking to balancers, to make sure every job is covered from start to finish. Our support equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy and precision.
