Questions
How do I choose the right roofing company?
Verify licensing, insurance, and warranties. Look for experienced contractors with local expertise and positive reviews. ACME offers free inspections, transparent pricing, and certified professionals with 20+ years of experience.
Should I replace my roof before selling my house?
Replace if you notice buckling shingles, leaks, or if your roof exceeds 20 years. A new roof can increase home value and appeal to buyers, especially in the Pacific Northwest climate where roof condition is critical.
What roofing materials do you use?
We use premium products from Malarkey Roofing, Owens Corning, PABCO, and Nu-Ray Metals. Our showroom displays various options with different warranties, aesthetics, and performance characteristics to suit specific property needs.
When do I need a new roof?
Consider replacement if your asphalt roof exceeds 20-25 years, shows curled/bald shingles, or has structural issues. ACME provides free assessments to determine whether repair or replacement offers the most cost-effective solution.
How much does a new roof cost?
Costs range $8,000-$15,000 in Washington depending on roof size, material selection, and project complexity. ACME offers free estimates that include all necessary components with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, we provide both manufacturer material warranties and our own workmanship warranty. This dual protection ensures coverage for both product defects and installation quality, giving complete peace of mind.
