We finished our kitchen remodeling within 2 months with Maya Construction. The entire project couldn't have gone more smooth. The old kitchen was completely demoed. We opened up the floor plan to extend the kitchen into the small bedroom right next to the kitchen, reconfigured the countertop layout, moved the opening into the porch, replaced a rotted-out pipe behind the kitchen wall. It was a lot of work and these guys worked non-stop and efficiently. Stanley and his crew are here on time first thing in the morning and worked long hours into the early evening. Ofer is always available if we have any questions. They're very responsive to our requests during the project, we asked if we could add an extra line of heating/cooling to the attic and it was done within that day. The kitchen came out so great, we couldn't be happier. We'd definitely be willing to come back to them for our next project.

We first used Maya for our kitchen, which came out great. A year later they just finished our primary bathroom. For both projects, they were insightful and flexible, allowing us to adapt the project as new information and suggestions came up. We highly recommend them for high quality work and clear communication.

Maya Construction did a great job on our house addition in Logan Square! Ofer and Udi were consistently professional, honest, and transparent. As we neared the end of our project, they were focused on quality and doing things the right way, without nickel and diming us on small additions to the scope. I used Maya for a bathroom remodel. I am a repeat customer as I returned to them for the bathroom job after they had done my kitchen and basement years before. Their work is excellent, and Udi and Ofer are great communicators who keep all the pieces moving and remember even the smaller loose ends and open items. The work is quality and done so well -- they do things as they are supposed to be done, and with clean, sharp execution that makes you feel very good as the homeowner. They problem-solve as things come up, and are straight-shooters with information, options and a professional/approach. I give them my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend Maya Construction! We just wrapped up reno on a 1br/1ba condo and it came out beautifully, on budget and ahead of schedule! Udi and his team did an amazing job. And we live out of town so all of this was done remotely, they were awesome!

We used Maya Construction for our cabinet installation after ordering the cabinets from Planet Cabinets, and we're extremely happy with their work. They finished in about two days and did a great job. We had one issue with our paneled fridge, but they helped us get the look we were looking for.

Maya finished our basement a couple of months ago. The final product was well beyond our expectations. Udi, Ofer, and the entire crew were punctual, professional, super available and communicative, and the work they did was absolutely 5-star. My partner and I recently had our kitchen remodeled by Maya Construction and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not only is our new kitchen gorgeous, meeting all of our requested upgrades and then some. But Maya Construction made it easy throughout with quick and efficient communication, timely work and a friendly crew that was always willing to answer any questions that we had. They also provided many great suggestions for where to find good appliances, backsplash tiles, faucets and other items that we asked for them to install during the remodel. Ofer and Jack were fantastic and I always felt like they were straight shooters with information, explaining everything in an easily digestible way for someone who is not as familiar with the ins and outs of the construction industry, and not trying to upsell me along the way. And to top it all off, they got the work done much quicker than originally expected, which was a relief around the holidays.

Working with Maya construction was such a great experience. They had a vision of what could be done with the space and the ability to make it happen. Being able to model the Kitchen, select cabinets, and see what it would look like before the project was started was a great tool. Project was done earlier than expected and couldn't be happier!

We had an amazing experience working with Ofer and his dedicated team on our kitchen remodel and loft kitchen. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant and stress free experience. Maya Construction did an amazing job with our master bathroom remodel. They were on time, on budget, efficient, professional, and attentive. Our master bathroom now feels like a spa and it looks fantastic. They also helped to move our washer and dryer upstairs from the basement.

Maya Construction absolutely saved the day and if we did this project all over again we would not hesitate to select Maya Construction to take on our hardwood flooring project from the get-go.

Our condo is located on the first floor of a 100-year-old three floor building in Chicago. In March 2021, we reached out to several flooring companies to have them view our home improvement project and decided to go with Luna Flooring and was that a huge mistake.

The Luna salesperson was different from the people who came out to install the hardwood and they were different from the person that we dealt with when it came to customer service problems. Luna started the project one morning tearing out a 20 ft by 4 ft stretch of hardwood of our before packing up after an hour and saying they couldnt complete the project and someone from Luna would call us. We waited around for 8 hours for a call from Luna just to tell us there was nothing they could do and we needed to acquire a general contractor to finish the job. It took a week to get our refund from Luna and several back-and-forth phone calls with an Installation Manager who never stepped foot in our home.

This is when we called Maya Construction and literally the next day Udi came on site to view the problem and provided a quote for the project. Udi was always responsive, took time to answer questions and compared to Luna, Maya Construction was without a doubt a superior experience.

Maya Construction demod the old wood, installed a completely new subfloor and floating engineered hardwood floor in just 5 days. The workers showed up on-time, were professional, made an effort to clean up after themselves because we were still living in the unit while work was taking place. They quickly problem solved some unforeseen issues and made what was initially a painful experience such a sigh of relief knowing our home was in good hands. We had the CREAKIEST floors ever and now they are silent. We are in disbelief that Maya Construction delivered such quality professional work in such a short time period. You just dont see that anymore.

If we ever do any future major home improvement projects in Chicago, Im not making the mistake of going down the rabbit hole of a corporate organization. Maya Construction will be the first place we call.

This past summer, we had Maya extend the dormer on our two-story cape cod (Northwest Chicago) so that we could enlarge a bathroom and create secondary closet in our master bedroom. We also had them perform additional exterior work (replace all siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and roof). Everything turned out perfectly in the end.

Ofer and Udi were very response and quick to resolve any issues that arose during the process. We were living in the house during the renovation, which could be stressful at times, but all the workers respected our interior space. We even had Maya refinish the hardwood floors and hang all new doors throughout our house since we were already living in a construction zone, and they had no problem accommodating our request. The finishing work was top notch and they were spot-on in hitting our design that we provided to them. I would recommend Maya for both structural work (additions) and interior finishing work.
