At Dogwood Roofing, we stand behind our warranties. We offer a 10-year no-leak warranty for all complete roof installations and a 1-year no-leak warranty on repairs. We use upgraded materials, including synthetic underlayment, actual starter shingles, storm collars around plumbing vents, baffled rigid ridge vents, and we treat your home as our own. We cover all railings, shrubs, and bedding plants and are meticulous about clean-up. We do multiple magnetic nail sweeps of your driveway, walkways, areas around your home, gutters, and downspouts.
Our Process
Our process includes inspecting and evaluating your roof, measuring the roofing surface area, including hip/ridge and rakes/eaves, advising you on shingle color and style, delivering a dumpster and materials, protecting the grounds with tarps around your home, completing the work, thoroughly cleaning the grounds, removing the dumpster, and doing a magnetic nail sweep, and invoicing for the completed work.

Owner, Todd Hendryx, is a licensed and insured contractor whose added experience in sales and marketing sparked his desire to improve the service model so often seen in the home improvement industry. Dogwood Roofing originated from his motivation to improve the customer experience. He started roofing with his Dad at the age of 12 and has installed roofs for over 30 years. Todd is actively engaged in the business and will personally perform the final inspection before you ever see an invoice. He is a deadline-oriented, seasoned professional, who is always punctual and has a great sense of humor!
