The deposit reserves your move date and is fully refundable if canceled 48 hours in advance. It’s applied to your final bill.
Why isn't 100% damage coverage included in regular service?
Insurance rarely covers self-packed items. Our guarantee requires full responsibility for belongings, which is why it’s limited to full-service moves.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Most moves start at $450, but we waive this for small jobs like same-floor furniture moves or assembly-only requests.
