Questions
What should I look for in a roofing contractor?
Check for BBB accreditation, manufacturer certifications, local experience, and proper licensing. Price Roofing meets all these criteria with 47 years of service.
Is a Class 4 roof worth upgrading?
Class 4 shingles offer better hail resistance but consider attic insulation compatibility. Our experts help determine if it's right for your home's specific needs.
How long does roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements complete in one day. Larger or complex roofs may take longer due to safety requirements and project scale.
What causes roof leaks?
Common causes include hail damage, tree limbs, damaged flashing, and deteriorated caulking. We use water tests to pinpoint exact leak sources.
Do I need a roof evaluation after storms?
Yes. Hail damage often isn't visible from ground level. Post-storm evaluations prevent hidden issues like weakened shingles and potential water damage.
What warranties do you offer?
We provide a 7-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer-backed material warranties from brands like GAF and CertainTeed. We handle all warranty claims directly.
