Our Story
In 1958, our founder, Abdul Hafez Kaskas, established Kaskas Oriental Rug Gallery in Beirut, Lebanon. His son, Zahi Kaskas, brought the business to the United States in 1976, opening the first store in Austin, Texas. Today, the business is still family-owned and operated, with Zahi's sons, Safi and Samer, at the helm. Our family's passion for beautiful rugs and dedication to exceptional customer service has been passed down through generations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
