For over 25 years, Corporate Construction Services (CCS) has provided cost-effective solutions to complex problems in the construction industry. Founded in 1995 by Dan Knight and Gary Bauer, CCS has built a reputation for delivering high-quality work and strong personal relationships with its clients.
Our History
CCS has a rich history that dates back to its early days in the financial services industry. Our founders, Dan Knight and Gary Bauer, met while working on a large tenant improvement conversion project for First Interstate Bank. The strong partnership formed with the client led to CCS being offered a contract to perform tenant improvement and facilities maintenance projects for First Interstate Bank, giving birth to the company. Over the years, CCS has expanded its portfolio to serve clients in various industries, including retail, office, industrial, and education.
Our portfolio boasts some major clients, including Wells Fargo, US Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Golden 1 Credit Union, AAA, Xfinity, Hackman Capital, Nor Cal Beverage, and many more.
