Company History
After two decades of experience with prominent firms in New York, Boston, and Detroit, Louis Fisher, AIA / NOMA / NCARB / LEED Green Associate, started Architecture & Urban Design, P.C. in 1997. Mr. Fisher is the President of the company and is responsible for technical design team development, overseeing document review, and contributing technical expertise on code compliance issues.

Our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from commercial and office buildings to community facilities and transportation, entertainment and hospitality, healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, residential, sports, and urban design and planning. Memberships & Certifications
Louis Fisher is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Detroit Chapter of National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA-Detroit), and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). Architecture & Urban Design, PC is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the U.S. Green Building Council. We are also certified as a Minority Business Enterprise with the Wayne County Airport Authority and certified in the Wayne County HR Program in 5 categories: County Based Enterprise (CBE), Expanding Business Enterprise (EBE), Targeted Growth Community Enterprise (TGCE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Fair Employment Practice (FEP).
