At That Yard Guy LLC, we are proud to be a licensed, bonded, and insured landscaping business based out of Sequim, Washington. Our journey began in August of 2014 when our founder, Adam Piceno, set out to improve existing and soon-to-be landscapes by introducing sustainable practices. As a member of the Washington State Nursery and Landscaping Association (WSNLA), we continue to work towards an education in Horticulture.
Before establishing That Yard Guy LLC, Adam gained valuable experience by maintaining golf courses for three and a half years in Northern California. This experience sparked his passion for turf management and the desire to apply those same principles to residential and commercial properties. The business started out by prioritizing lawn care, but soon realized the importance of plant health and recognized the need to learn and teach others about it. This led us on a journey to study and outreach to others in the green industry.

At That Yard Guy LLC, our mission is to provide complete landscaping services to the Sequim, Port Angeles, and surrounding areas. We take pride in not only providing lawn care services but also offering a wide range of other services, all thanks to the help and support of our family, friends, local nurseries, and local suppliers. As we continue to grow, our goal is to help those we serve grow as well.

Hello, my name is Adam Piceno, and I am the owner of That Yard Guy LLC. I have been involved in the green industry professionally since 2011. My passion for landscape management began when I was just a child, helping my parents with yard work. As I grew older, I was fortunate enough to gain valuable experience in the industry, including three and a half years of maintaining golf courses in Northern California.
I started That Yard Guy LLC as a way to turn my passion into a career. Over time, I expanded my services to include yard maintenance, pruning, and sustainability. I believe that ongoing education is key to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in the industry.
