Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our patented Downey Double Clean process combines mechanical brushing with high-flow extraction for superior soil removal. Technicians apply specialized cleaning agents tailored to each stain type, followed by a clear water rinse that removes 99% of residue. This two-step method extends carpet lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality through complete contaminant elimination.
Upholstery Cleaning
We use gentle yet effective cleaning solutions to remove embedded soils from upholstered furniture. Our process includes pre-treatment of stains, low-moisture extraction to prevent fabric damage, and optional protective coating application. This maintains fabric integrity while eliminating odors from pets, food, or smoke sources.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our commercial-grade equipment removes built-up grime from tile surfaces and porous grout lines. The process includes deep scrubbing with rotary brushes, high-pressure rinsing, and optional sealing to prevent future staining. This restores original appearance while creating a healthier environment by eliminating mold and bacteria.
Commercial Carpet Care
We provide scheduled maintenance programs for offices and facilities using non-disruptive methods. Services include daytime cleaning with quick-drying equipment, cubicle fabric cleaning, and VCT floor maintenance. Our technicians work around business hours to maintain professional environments without operational interruptions.
Odor Elimination
Our industrial-strength deodorizers use enzyme-based formulas to neutralize persistent odors at the molecular level. The process targets pet accidents, food spills, and smoke damage through targeted application and air purification techniques that leave spaces smelling fresh without artificial fragrances.
