Services
Roof Repair
Our expert technicians address all types of roof damage, from minor leaks to major storm repairs. Using advanced diagnostic tools, we identify hidden vulnerabilities and implement lasting solutions with manufacturer-approved materials. Houston's unpredictable weather demands prompt attention to issues like missing shingles, damaged flashing, or compromised seals. Our comprehensive repair process includes thorough inspections, precise problem diagnosis, and guaranteed fixes that restore your roof's protective function while maintaining its aesthetic integrity.
Roof Replacement
When roof damage exceeds repair capabilities, our team guides you through material selection and installation. We specialize in asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and solar-integrated systems tailored to Houston's climate. Our replacement process includes complete tear-off, decking inspection, proper ventilation installation, and precision material application. We handle permits and inspections while ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine. Each new roof comes with manufacturer warranties and our guarantee of proper installation meeting all local building codes.
Solar Panel Installation
We integrate solar technology with durable roofing materials to create energy-efficient solutions. Our NABCEP-certified installers assess your energy needs, design optimal panel layouts, and ensure seamless roof integration. Services include roof preparation, solar shingle installation, electrical system connection, and grid-tie setup. Houston's abundant sunshine makes solar an excellent investment for reducing energy costs while maintaining roof functionality. We handle all aspects from initial assessment to final inspection and utility company coordination.
Skylight Installation
Our team installs energy-efficient skylights that enhance natural lighting while maintaining roof integrity. We offer fixed, venting, and tubular options compatible with all roofing materials. The installation process includes precise roof cutting, waterproof flashing application, and proper insulation to prevent energy loss. We help clients choose optimal placements for maximum light benefits while ensuring structural safety. All installations meet local building codes and include manufacturer warranties against leaks or performance issues.
Attic Ventilation
Proper ventilation extends roof lifespan by preventing moisture buildup and heat accumulation. We install ridge vents, soffit vents, and powered exhaust systems tailored to your roof's design. Our assessment identifies airflow deficiencies that cause shingle deterioration and increased energy costs. The installation process includes precise vent placement, proper sealing, and system balancing to maintain consistent attic temperatures. This service improves energy efficiency while protecting structural components from humidity-related damage in Houston's climate.
