At IronDrive Garage Floors, we treat every customer like they are our only customer.
Product Choices
We offer two types of floor systems: epoxy and polyaspartic. With other companies, you often have to settle for the type of flooring they provide, but with IronDrive, you have the choice between the two. Both options provide a clean, shiny finish and come with a lifetime guarantee.
The benefits of epoxy coating include its durability, affordability, and easy maintenance. It has withstood the test of time for over 30 years and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Our epoxy flooring creates a seamless, shiny surface that is easy to clean and maintain.
Polyaspartic floor systems, on the other hand, offer elasticity which is great for floors with cracks or other issues. It is more expensive than epoxy but provides a similar clean, shiny finish and also comes with a lifetime guarantee. Polyaspartic floor systems are a good option for older floors that have cracks, as they offer more flexibility and movement than epoxy.
Our Six-Step System
Our six-step system is designed to ensure your floor will last a lifetime:
1. Diamond Grind Preparation - We use diamond grinding to prepare the surface by removing any existing coatings and creating a profile in the concrete to ensure proper adhesion.
2. Fix Chips and Cracks - Any cracks or chips in the concrete are repaired.
3. Roll on 2-Part Epoxy or Polyaspartic Floor System - A heavy-duty industrial two-part Epoxy or Polyaspartic Floor System is rolled directly onto the concrete.
4. 100% Chip Coverage - Multicolored chips are applied to give your floors a custom color.
5. Chip Sealer - A sealer is applied to lock in the chips and prepare the floor for the topcoat.
6. Topcoat - SUPREME Polyaspartic - The final topcoat provides the ultimate protection and gives your floor a shiny, glass-top look.
Installation Process
Our team of experts handles the installation process from start to finish. We use the best materials and equipment available to complete the job. Our unique installation process allows for a ONE DAY install, while other companies may take multiple days to complete. Our process involves:
1. Heavy-duty industrial two-part Epoxy or Polyspartic System is rolled directly onto the concrete.
2. Multicolored chips are applied afterward to give your floors a custom color.
3. A sealer and final top coat give your floor the ultimate protection.
Custom Color Options
In addition to our standard colors, we offer a custom chip system that is completely customizable to give you the exact look that you want. We have thousands of custom color combinations that will give your garage floors a beautiful finish. You can even model your floor design after your car, sports team, or company logo.
