Our journey began in the early 1900s when Samuel Daley Craig, a young architect, returned to the Shenandoah Valley from school to practice his trade. In 1957, S. Daley Craig Jr. moved to Charlottesville to serve the expanding housing needs of the increasingly successful University of Virginia. Over the years, our company has grown and adapted to the ever-changing homebuilding market in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. We are proud to have built a reputation for quality construction and exceptional customer service.
