Our Story
Our company's story began when Chad Sipes, after spending two years studying music at Duquesne University, decided to join his father's Sewickley-based Village Remodeling in 2001. A year later, Sipes & Son General Contractors was born. Over the next five years, Chad studied all the different skills acquired by his father, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Chad found leadership and management to be most appealing and began to integrate new ideas and sustainable construction methods into the company's operations. As the company grew, Chad expanded the service area, hired more employees, and established a new facility.
