Jim Poggemeyer

Jim is the owner of Hawk Construction, with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and oversees all estimating activity and provides oversight of projects throughout design and construction. Jim works closely with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout the project.

Karen Dickens

Karen joined Hawk Construction in 2019 after selling her own business. She brings broad business experience and a strong understanding of the construction industry. As our bookkeeper, Karen ensures that our financial transactions are secure and efficient.
