Our Story

Our company was founded in 2007 by Bill Oliver and Todd Sperry, two veteran builders who recognized the need for a specialized approach to commercial renovation projects. They believed that this type of project deserved a more thoughtful and tailored approach, rather than just a way to keep employees busy between new construction projects. Since then, we have grown to a staff of 26 employees with an annual volume of between $15 and $20 million. We have maintained our commitment to delivering exceptional results, and we are proud to say that we have been an active participant in regional United Way campaigns since 2008.

Unlike many contractors who are generalists, we focus on a narrow slice of the construction pie, concentrating on commercial interior and exterior renovation services, including additions to existing space.
