- Marshall Crawford, Vice President/Superintendent: With over three decades of experience, Marshall has worked his way up to his current position of Vice President and Foreman, bringing a "get it done" attitude to every project.
- Shelly Crawford, C.E.O.: With over 34 years of experience, Shelly has been instrumental in the day-to-day running of the office at Jim Crawford Construction Co. Inc., handling everything from accounting to contracts.
- Jim Crawford Sr., Founder: With over 40 years of experience, Jim Sr. has built a reputation for quality and integrity, guiding the company through its 40-year history.
- Estimator Juan Serrano, Sr.: A California State University, Fresno alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, specializing in Construction Management, Juan brings innovative and creative ideas to our clients.
- Estimator Sarkis Nersesian: With over 20 years of experience in construction estimating and project management, Sarkis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our estimating and project management team.
