Jon L. Wagener, President of RECON, is a seasoned professional with more than 37 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Jon's leadership and expertise set us apart from other construction companies in the industry. He has managed over $250 million in projects and has a proven track record of finding the most economical approach for our customers. Our foundation is built on integrity, and Jon's leadership in this area is unsurpassed.

Our leadership team includes Steve Johnson, Project Superintendent, with over 25 years of experience in construction restoration, structural, civil, carpentry, painting, scheduling, purchasing, site safety/OSHA Compliance, subcontractor, and crew supervision, quality control, and great customer communication. Zelda Martens, Client Services, has more than 20 years of marketing and client services experience and has been involved in managing multi-family projects in the construction industry for the past eight years.
