The Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA) is a non-profit trade association that has been promoting, protecting, and advancing the building industry in the Portland metropolitan area since 1941. With over 1,400 members, the HBA is one of the largest and most influential building associations in the region. Our mission is to provide benefits, networking opportunities, education, and government representation to builders, developers, remodelers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other industry service professionals in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Columbia, Hood River, and Yamhill counties.
