Our Services
At Talisman Construction Services, Inc., we provide a wide range of services, including demolition and selective demolition, concrete restoration and repair, masonry restoration and repair, sealants and waterproofing, and rental equipment. We specialize in high-degree-of-difficulty structural and selective demolition projects where "collateral" damage cannot occur.
Our restoration division has worked on some of the most historic and high-profile buildings in the Spokane area, and our resume includes concrete and masonry restoration projects in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We also provide equipment rental services, with a wide range of equipment available for rent, including brokk demolition robots, Hitachi excavators, and hydrostress saw cutting equipment.
Division 2 - Demolition and Selective Demolition
We specialize in high-degree-of-difficulty structural and selective demolition projects where "collateral" damage cannot occur.
Division 3 - Concrete Restoration and Repair
We provide concrete restoration, repair, coatings, associated sealants, waterproofing, and decorative enhancements.
Division 4 - Masonry Restoration and Repair
We routinely repair, repoint, replace, and restore masonry materials on both historic and non-historic structures throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Division 7 - Sealants and Waterproofing
We install various below-grade waterproofing systems, including bituminous, cementitious, and crystalline systems. One of our specialties is reconstructing and waterproofing rock foundations.
