Sure-Fire Inc. is a leading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor that has been serving the Dodge County community and beyond since 1947. Our mission then, as it remains today, is to provide only the highest quality heating and air conditioning systems and services to our valued customers.

In the late 1940s, our founder, Emil Malesevich, recognized the need for a knowledgeable heating contractor away from the larger metropolitan areas. He applied his engineering background to the heating field and created a superior heating system that provided a degree of comfort not thought possible before. Our first shop was located at 668 N. Main Street in Mayville, and in 1958, we moved to a larger facility at 316 Dayton Street, where we remained until 1983.

In 1972, we expanded our capabilities to include electrical contracting, and in 1974, we purchased Behm Heating in Beaver Dam. A satellite shop in Waupun was opened in 1979, and in 1983, we outgrew our Mayville shop and consolidated the Beaver Dam and Mayville operations into our current headquarters in Horicon, WI. In 1992, we expanded our service area to include Fond du Lac and surrounding areas by moving our satellite shop from Waupun to Fond du Lac.

Today, we are proud to have a team of over 35 skilled craftsmen, providing computer-dispatched heating and air conditioning service, residential and commercial system design and installations. We continue to grow and progress through the years, thanks to our basic philosophy of concentrating our efforts toward quality design, engineering, installation, and prompt and efficient service of our products, which has brought us to the number one position in this area.
