Each rug receives individual attention through inspection, soil removal, pre-treatment, and controlled drying. We handle all rug types including wool, silk, and antique pieces while maintaining strict quality control under owner supervision.
Carpet Cleaning
Using truck-mounted hot water extraction systems, we remove embedded dirt and allergens while preserving carpet longevity. Our process includes fiber analysis, targeted pre-treatment, and neutralizing rinses that leave no sticky residues. This method meets manufacturer recommendations for optimal cleaning effectiveness and indoor air quality improvement.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our technicians clean diverse upholstery materials including silk, suede, and velvet using gentle yet effective methods. Each piece undergoes fabric inspection before treatment with pet-safe solutions. We employ specialized equipment to remove stains while protecting delicate fibers, followed by optional protective coating applications to extend cleanliness between cleanings.
