J&R Tile is a woman-owned small business with a rich history of providing top-notch tile and stone installation services to both residential and commercial clients. Our team is comprised of certified installers who undergo rigorous training and certification programs to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.

With over 20 years of combined experience, our team of experts offers a wide range of services, including:

• Design and Build: Our team works closely with architects and designers to bring their design visions to life. From conceptualization to completion, we ensure that every project is executed with precision and attention to detail.

• Installation: Our certified tile installers have undergone comprehensive training and certification programs to ensure that every installation meets or exceeds industry standards. From residential to commercial projects, we've got you covered.

• Educational Services: At J&R Tile, we believe in the importance of continuous education and training. Our team holds various certifications, including Certified Tile Installers (CTI) and Advanced Certified Installers (ACT), to name a few.

Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals with a passion for the trades. Erin Albrecht, our owner, has over 10 years of education and management experience. She is heavily involved in the architectural and development communities, and is known for her work partnering directly with clients. Erin is also a thought leader in the tile industry and has design builds throughout the city.

Our Project Manager, Gus Tolleson, has a strong background in project estimating and construction. He is a certified project manager and has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Oregon.

Ali Gonzales, our Project Estimating Manager, has a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University. She is also studying for her Fundamental of Thin Bed Knowledge Certification from the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation.

Christine Kotara, our Controller, has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration. She has worked as a Corporate Controller with Stanley Structures and Southern Steel before joining J&R Tile.

John Kotara, our Consultant, is one of the founders of J&R Tile and has built his reputation on the quality and efficiency of his work. Although he has begun passing the baton to the next generation, John enjoys staying involved in working with local community colleges and Construction Careers H.S., engaging youth on career in the tile trade.

At J&R Tile, we take pride in our trained staff, comprising of certified and advanced installers, Department of Labor tile installer apprentices, and journeymen tile installers. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, precision, and attention to detail in every project we undertake.
