With a rich history spanning over three decades, our team of experts has been dedicated to preserving the natural balance while creating unique and thriving ecosystems. Our journey began with the vision of our founder, Rob Kater, who graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Political Science and later earned an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Rob's extensive experience in landscape design and irrigation systems, as well as his Permaculture Design Certification, have been instrumental in shaping our company's approach to sustainable revegetation.

Joining Rob is his partner, Jeff Homan, who graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Agriculture from the School of Renewable Resources. With a focus on forest management and land use planning, Jeff has amassed expertise in transplanting large conifers and hardwood trees, as well as habitat enhancement projects. His knowledge of native and non-native seed mixes has been crucial in completing revegetation programs across the western United States and Mexico.
