Our story begins in 1975 when Andy Frech founded Ancon Construction with a vision to build a company that would exceed customer expectations. In the 1980s and 1990s, Andy made the bold decision to sell the company back to its employees. This turning point marked the beginning of our journey as a 100% employee-owned company.

Our History

Our history began in 1975 when Andy Frech founded Ancon Construction. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include Ancon Building Services (ABS), which was established in 1988. We celebrate milestones such as completing 1,000 major projects in 2003 and 5,000 ABS projects to date in 2015.
