Our journey began in 1998 when Jim Dowling founded the company, driven by his unwavering work ethic and unique blend of field and property management experience. With Gayle Johnson by his side, the company grew and evolved, eventually becoming a well-rounded and balanced organization. In 2018, Gayle became an owner and Vice President of Dowling Construction, Inc.

Our team includes experienced professionals like Ryan Short, Project Manager, and Wanda Benedetto, Project Coordinator, among many others.
