At Blue Dolfin Interiors, we are a full-service remodel and design business with over 30 years of experience, proudly serving the Puget Sound Region. Our story began in the summer of 1993, when Barbara Berntsen, our founder, followed her heart and created her own company. She named it Blue Dolfin Interiors after the hand-painted dolphin that identifies her cabin, built a century ago as a crabber's cottage on the remote side of Commencement Bay.

Our mission is to provide exceptional interior design, consultation, and remodeling services to our clients. We specialize in kitchen and bath remodels, and our team of handpicked craftsmen work closely with us to execute each project to perfection. We take pride in our unique approach, where our designer, Barbara Berntsen, not only creates the designs but also acts as the general contractor, supervising projects to their completion.
