We understand that you may have questions about our products and services. Below are some answers to frequently asked questions:
- What are your hours of operation?
+ Our summer hours (April-October) are weekdays 7:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. and Saturday 7:30 A.M. until 12:00 Noon. Our winter hours (November-March) are weekdays 7:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. and closed Saturday.
- Do you sell to the general public?
+ Yes, we supply the general public, contractors, and builders.
- What is your return policy?
+ Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice. A 5% re-stocking charge will be applied to all material returned by customers to the yard. A 20% restocking fee plus a $140 fuel charge will be applied to material picked up by CBS. Special order items, manufactured stone, and non-stock brick cannot be returned.
- What forms of payment are acceptable?
+ We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash and checks. Those writing checks must have proper ID.
- What are your delivery charges?
+ CBS Account Holders/Contractors will be charged a $140 delivery/fuel surcharge. Retail customers will be charged a $200 delivery/fuel surcharge.
