Our Story

At Alchemy Collections, we are passionate about bringing the best of modern and contemporary furniture to the Western Washington community. Founded in 2004, we sensed a void in the Seattle furniture landscape and set out to create a space that would cater to the everyday Seattleite. Our showroom is located in the heart of Downtown Seattle, where we showcase a curated selection of furniture from renowned brands such as Calligaris, Bontempi, Gamma, and Saba, among others.

That's why we offer a range of services to help you find the perfect piece of furniture for your home or office. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and will work closely with you to understand your needs and budget.

• In-Home Consultation Services: Our trained consultants will visit your home or office to provide expert advice on space planning, measurement taking for custom wall and wardrobe systems, and design advice. We understand that every space is different, and we'll work with you to create a customized solution that meets your needs.
• Staging Services: Whether you're a realtor looking to stage homes for sale or a homeowner looking to update your space, our staging services can help. We offer a range of packages, including furniture rental, furniture packages for purchase, and complete design and staging services.

To The Trade

At Alchemy Collections, we believe in building strong relationships with our professional partners. That's why we offer an extended trade discount to interior designers and architects, both in the Seattle area and across the country. We also offer a project discount to businesses that are seeking our products for commercial use. Whether your project is large or small, we welcome the challenge in finding you and your client the perfect furniture.

Purchasing

We make it easy to purchase from Alchemy Collections. You can place an order by email, phone, or in person. Our showroom is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

Returns and Claims

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy. Please note that non-returnable items include custom orders and sale items. For stocked items, please ensure that they are in mint condition, with original packaging, and that you have kept all original tags.

Claims

In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged during transit or you discover a manufacturer's defect, please note the following. We reserve the right to inspect the damage or defect before issuing a replacement or refund. In some cases, additional lead times may apply.

Warranty

At Alchemy Collections, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty on all fabric/leather on upholstered furniture, 1-year warranty on lighting, and 1-5-year warranty on non-upholstered items and the frame/hardware of upholstered furniture. Please note that the warranty becomes void if the fabric or leather has been treated for stain protection.
