Our Story

Burgess Snyder Industries has a rich history that spans over 70 years. Our journey began in 1948 when Jesse Burgess and Gustav Snyder formed Burgess Snyder Window Company. Initially, the company focused on selling storm windows and awnings from a small rented office in Norfolk, VA. Over the years, the company evolved and expanded its product line to include various architectural products for new construction and retrofit.

Our People

Our team consists of dedicated professionals who strive for excellence in every aspect of our work. Our leadership team comprises Randall Vaughan, Kelly Kesler, and Chris Johnson, who have a combined experience of over 30 years in the industry. Our office and project management team, comprising Becky Parker, Monica Oglesby, and Donovan Kesler, ensures the smooth execution of projects. Our field superintendents, Brad Clark, Steve Pehl, Doug Blair, Bo Becraft, and Jed Gunter, oversee our installation teams, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and precision. Our fabrication manager, Briget Becraft, is responsible for managing our fabrication process, while our warehouse, shipping, and receiving team, led by Mark Las, ensures timely delivery of our products.
