Our Company History

First Team Construction Co., Inc. was founded by Marvin E. Deen in 1997, with a mission to provide top-notch construction services to the Southeastern United States. Marvin, a local to the Auburn area and a 1986 graduate of Auburn University's Building Science program, has built a reputation for excellence within the construction community. In 1999, Greg W. Kiteley, another area local and 1986 graduate of Auburn University's Building Science program, joined the company as President. Under Greg's leadership, the company expanded its profile into the "hard bid" sector, taking on projects for schools, administrative buildings, and government projects throughout central and southern Alabama.

Today, First Team Construction Co., Inc. has grown significantly, with a successful bonding history and a current capacity of $100,000,000. We were ranked the 23rd largest Alabama contractor by Business Alabama Magazine for 2018. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, each dedicated to delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
