Communication Issues

They didn't provide an itemized estimate, and she had to find out that tear-out was not included, only to be charged a disposal fee. The caulking in her kitchen was still wet-looking after two days, and there were areas where the caulking was missing altogether. She also mentioned that the sealer used is not properly sealed, and water leaves stains instantly.
