Services
Termite Control
Our termite specialists provide customized solutions using Trelona ATBS bait stations, Termidor HP II liquid treatments, and pre-construction protection. State-certified inspectors identify infestations through comprehensive assessments of conducive conditions and visible damage. With over 30 years of experience addressing Arizona's most common pest calls, we implement colony elimination strategies that protect structures from ongoing damage while maintaining environmental safety standards.
Bed Bug Removal
The Sleeptight program offers specialized bed bug treatments meeting National Pest Management Association best practices. Our certified technicians use advanced detection methods and integrated treatment protocols developed since 2005. This comprehensive approach includes visual inspections of all potential harborage areas, targeted treatments, and post-service warranties. As Arizona's only Bed Bug Free certified provider, we guarantee thorough elimination with follow-up assessments to ensure complete eradication.
Mosquito Control
Designed for Arizona's climate, our mosquito management program reduces populations through targeted treatments that disrupt breeding cycles. Technicians apply barrier sprays and larvicides in standing water areas while implementing exclusion techniques around properties. The seasonal service creates protective zones that significantly decrease mosquito activity throughout summer months, addressing both nuisance pests and potential health concerns associated with desert environments.
Smart Monitoring
The Anticimex SMART system provides 24/7 electronic rodent monitoring using non-toxic traps and wireless technology. Installed units detect activity through motion sensors and immediately alert our team to potential infestations. This proactive solution eliminates the need for regular physical inspections while maintaining detailed digital records. The environmentally friendly system offers real-time data tracking and automated reporting for both residential and commercial properties across Phoenix and Tucson.
Desert Guard Program
Specifically engineered for Arizona's desert environment, this exclusion program prevents pest entry through structural modifications and barrier treatments. Technicians seal potential entry points, install physical deterrents, and apply residual insecticides to create protective perimeters. The service targets scorpions, ants, and other desert pests while maintaining eco-friendly standards. Combined with regular maintenance, Desert Guard significantly reduces pest activity in homes across Southern Arizona.
