Sepi Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was established in 1994, two years after Hurricane Andrew devastated parts of Miami-Dade County and all of Homestead, Florida. At the time, our principal, Rick Hernandez, was working with Sherwin-Williams Paint Company as an outside Representative. Prior to the hurricane hitting his territory, Rick was Assistant Store Manager, then Store Manager, and finally as a Representative. It is here where Rick learned about paints, coatings, and waterproofing.
For over 30 years, Sepi Painting & Waterproofing has been providing top-quality, high-level services to Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Hospitality, Condominiums, Shopping Centers, and Apartment Buildings, for Commercial Painting, Waterproofing, and Concrete Restoration. We take ownership of our work, paying special care to identify remediations and ensuring minimal tenant disruptions.
