Negative Experiences
On the other hand, Javier Fuentes had a very negative experience with the company. He complained about poor customer service and subpar work quality. He mentioned that the company replaced a roll-up door at his business, but it came off the track just 2-3 weeks later, and the company still hasn't fixed it. He also had a bad experience with an inspection, where the technicians arrived, did nothing, and left, yet sent him an invoice for $298 for allegedly 30 minutes of work.
