Our Team

Meet Kathleen Reardon and Susannah Devine, the talented duo behind RD Arc. With a combined 40 years of experience in residential design, we bring a unique set of skills and perspectives to every project. Kathleen holds a degree in Interior Design from Cornell University and a Master's in Architecture from the University of Houston. Susannah has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Houston. Together, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations.

Our Process

We believe in a collaborative approach to design, which is why we involve our clients in every step of the process. Our design phases include:

• Step 1: Explore Schematic Ideas - We create 2-3 design options that satisfy the design requirements, and work with you to review and refine them.
• Step 2: Design Development - We delve into the details, selecting finishes, fixtures, and more, and incorporate your choices into the design.
