Wilson Plywood & Door, a leading provider of building materials in the Dallas area, has been serving the community for over 35 years. The company was founded in 1948 as Wilson Oak Flooring by Mr. J.W. Wilson and was later renamed to its current name in 1974. Since then, the company has been located at 833 Shepherd Dr. in Garland, with an additional office and warehouse built at 602 Shepherd Dr. in 1984.

Today, our custom mill, door plant, and moulding and stair part departments occupy over 150,000 square feet of warehouse space. We have grown steadily from offering a small sampling of products to now providing over 1500 options. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service alongside quality products.

Our team of experienced sales professionals is equipped to handle detailed house plans and ensure they are implemented meticulously in our shop. Our custom mill CNC machinery allows us to create unique millwork for any home. With our skilled craftsmen and experienced sales team, we are confident that we can meet all of your building needs.

Products and Services

Our interior and exterior door units, mouldings, stair parts, and builder conveniences may be purchased through our contractor sales department or our outside sales team.

• Mouldings: We offer a variety of mouldings in different species, sizes, and thicknesses. Our selection includes backband, base, casing, chair rail, and cap mouldings, as well as ceiling mould, door mould, panel mould, and cabinet mould.
• Lumber & Plywood: We offer different types and grades of lumber, plywood, and veneer in various sizes, thicknesses, and species. Our selection includes B-grade white pine, red oak, knotty alder, poplar, and maple.
• Doors: We offer a variety of interior and exterior door units, including pre-hung doors, slab doors, and custom doors. We also offer a variety of door mould options.
• Stair Parts: We offer a variety of stair parts, including treads, risers, balusters, newel posts, and handrails.
