Ambiance and Experience
The venue has a beautiful and cozy ambience, which made for a pleasant experience for one reviewer who attended a Toastmasters district contest. The setup inside was particularly impressive.
Customer Service Issues
On the other hand, one reviewer had a terrible experience with the staff, describing them as absolutely disrespectful and dishonorable. They were unhelpful and condescending, making the reviewer feel belittled and unwelcome. This experience left a strongly negative impression, with the reviewer advising others to avoid the firm.
