Our owner, Alex Cordrey, has a background in mass communications, painting, and building musical instruments, which contributes to his unique approach to construction. He is a licensed general contractor, a Building Performance Institute Building Analyst, and a Participating Contractor in Energy Upgrade CA, with special training in home performance, building envelope science, grey water systems, and permaculture design.
