Our History
Our story began in 1992 when our founder, Bruce Emerson, saw a need for window replacement in older apartment buildings. With his background in carpentry and inspiration from his uncle in the window manufacturing business, Bruce started BWE Construction. Over the years, we have grown to 10 full-time employees, providing high-quality window and door installation services, as well as occasional siding and deck projects for multi/single-family homes and commercial buildings.
Our Leadership
Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Our president, Bruce Emerson, has a strong background in carpentry and has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision. Ed Bennek, our vice president, has been with the company since its inception and has extensive knowledge of the trade. Jeremy Reisinger, our lead foreman, brings over 23 years of experience in construction and has been with the company since 2013.
