Our Process

We offer two courses for the preconstruction services of your residential project. The first option is to construct your project from plans that are developed by your Architect/Designer and forwarded to us after completion for pricing and construction. The second option is to get involved at a very early stage, essentially the same time the Architect/Designer is selected. This team or "Collaborative" approach is the ideal method for the construction process. As the design of the building is coming together, all of the necessary personnel are brought into the process to review their area of expertise. This way, everyone is sure that their part has been conceived properly and works in step with the other relative elements of the house. This results in proper layout of items such as equipment, framing, and furniture and allows the systems of the house (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to complement the design.

Smart Home Technology

The Farrell Company has incorporated smart home technology, home automation, low voltage systems, remote control, audio-visual, residential elevators, and "adaptive" construction methods into the projects we have built. We have years of experience applying these different methods and are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals.

Green Construction

We believe in incorporating green construction methods into the entire construction process or featuring a few energy-efficient items in the project. We have experience in applying these methods, from photovoltaic panels and solar hot water collection to energy-efficient boilers, radiant heat, injected foam insulation, and deconstruction. We are committed to helping our clients make their homes more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
