Poor Communication and Follow-up

Overpricing and Deception
Travis Dillingham, who rated the company 2 stars, had a negative experience with the company's pricing. He was quoted $119 to install a gate bolt, which he found excessive. The company then tried to charge him $74 for the bolt, which he refused to pay.
