Our goal at O'Brien Used Furniture is to provide quality used furniture that is clean, in good repair, desirable, and priced affordably and flexibly to satisfy the needs of our customers. We conduct our business with the highest level of integrity and respect for our customers, associates, and vendors. We honor God in all that we say and do.
Our Services
We offer a variety of services to make your shopping experience convenient and hassle-free. Our Layaway Plan allows you to pay for your furniture in installments, with terms that include a 1/3 deposit, 1/3 at 30 days, and 1/3 at 60 days. We also offer local home delivery within the immediate area, depending on weather and distance. If you need to get rid of your furniture, we encourage you to attach digital photos and a description to an email, and we'll consider purchasing it from you.
Returns, Holds, and Unclaimed Items
Please note that our merchandise is sold AS-IS and all sales are final. Furniture may be placed on hold for 1 hour to allow for travel time to the store. Furniture that has been paid for may be left at the store for up to 2 weeks, after which a $20 storage fee per month per item will be charged. Furniture left for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and resold.
